46, of McDonough, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2003. He was preceded in death by his
mother, Leola Hester Quattrocchi. Survivors include wife, Marie

Quattrocchi; daughter, Stephanie Quattrocchi, all of McDonough; father, Rosarier

James Fredrick DRAUGHON, 52, of Jonesboro, died Oct. 29, 2003. Survivors
include two sons, Jesse D. and Cody Draughon of Jonesboro; a brother, Robert E.

Mrs. Lula Sara McRae COLLIER, 90, of McDonough passed away Monday, Nov. 3, 2003, at Westbury Nursing Home. Mrs. Collier was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Rose McRae, her husband, Jack Collier, a sister, Eva Wade, and a grandson, Darryl Newton. Services will take place at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5 at Tara Garden Chapel. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. James Edward WOOTEN, age 64, of Stockbridge, passed away Monday, Nov. 3, 2003. He was the owner of Simmons Plating Works of Atlanta. He was a member of SAMF, NAMF, and the American Electroplaters Society. Simmons Plating Works, under his guidance, received recognition from the NAACP for its support of racial equality during the early days of the Civil Rights movement. MR. WOOTEN WAS A VETERAN OF THE U.S. AIR FORCE, SERVING DURING THE KOREAN WAR. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday Nov. 7 at the chapel, with Dr. Benny Tate officiating. The Rev. W.C. DUDLEY
of Fayetteville went to be with his Lord Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2003. He was born in
Jefferson, Ala., graduated from Samford University (Howard College) and received
his Master's degree from New Orleans Seminary. As an ordained minister, Rev.
Dudley served with the Southern Baptist denomination in Training Union, BSU and
music both in Kentucky and Ohio. In 1988, he retired from the Southern Baptist
Home Mission Board (currently called the North American Mission Board) but
continued serving God in his church and community. W.C. was the second of seven
children and was preceded in death by five of his siblings. His son, Robert
Curtis Dudley, also preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 62
years, Maurine; daughter and son in-law, Eliska and Wayne Bradberry; daughter
in-law, Jenny Dudley; granddaughters, Kimberly Bradberry and Dawn Childs;
brother and sisters-in-law, Charles and Betty Dudley and Elizabeth (Buff)
Dudley; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday
at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Forest Park, with the Rev. Chad Ellis
officiating. The body will lie in state from 1 p.m. until service time. The
family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Harry EUBANKS, of Jonesboro, died Nov. 5, 2003. Survived by his wife

David LeRoy McMILLIN, age 62, of Locust Grove, Ga., died Nov. 6, 2003. He was born Jan. 3, 1941 in New Richmond, Ohio, the son of the late Margaret Jones and David McMillin. He was a member of Phillipi Baptist Church and a former member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church, former Sunday School teacher, coached North Clayton Athletic Association and coached Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Bostick in 1994. hospital. He was born March 27, 1947, in Joplin, Mo., and was a resident there
before coming to Jonesboro, Ga. Mr. Warden was employed by the Bell South
Corporation in Atlanta as a senior engineer. Mr. Warden was preceded in death by
his wife, Cathy Parker Warden. Survivors include daughter and son in-law, Julie
Bailey and Philip Bailey; two sons, Jason Warden and Adam Warden, all of
Jonesboro; sisters, Donna Matsuda of Colorado, Mary McKittrick of Florida;
brothers, Steve Warden of Colorado, Gary Warden of Missouri, Dennis Warden of
North Carolina, and David Warden of Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.

Hillyer Moxley ROYSTON, 81, of Decatur, a native of Jonesboro, died Nov. 16, 2003. Royston was a member of Jonesboro Presbyterian Church. He was retired after 27 years of service as a senior correctional officer at the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary and HE WAS ALSO A VETERAN OF THE U.S. ARMY AIR CORPS. Royston was preceded in death by his parents, Julius and Nannie Royston. Survivors include his wife, Janette (Jet) Royston of Decatur, formerly of Jonesboro; son Mick (Genny) Royston of Comer, Ga.; daughter Laura (Bill) Wall of Atlanta; son James (Judy) Royston of Carrollton, Ga.; sister Frances Stanford of Jonesboro; six grandchildren, Keith Royston, Jay (Bridgett) Royston, Michael Royston, Katie Royston, Janette Wall and Savannah Wall. William L. PRINSEN, 87, formerly of Riverdale, passed away Thursday, Nov. 13, 2003, in Rochester, N.Y. following a long illness. Mr. Prinsen was in the swimming pool business most of his life. A private family gathering was held in Rochester. Mr. Prinsen was cremated. Survivors and families include his brother, Phil (Anne) of Ontario, N.Y.; sons, Ted (Marianne) of Stockbridge, Ga., John (Diane) of Rochester, Tom of Riverdale, Ga. and David (Marti) of Riverdale, Ga.; daughter, Diane Amatore of Rochester; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Hillyer Moxley ROYSTON,
81, of Decatur, a native of Jonesboro, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003. Royston was a
member of Jonesboro Presbyterian Church. He was retired after 27 years of
service as a senior correctional officer at the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary and
he was also A VETERAN OF THE U.S. ARMY AIR CORPS. Royston was preceded in death
by his parents, Julius and Nannie Royston. Survivors include his wife, Janette
(Jet) Royston of Decatur, formerly of Jonesboro; son Mick (Genny) Royston of
Comer, Ga.; daughter Laura (Bill) Wall of Atlanta; son James (Judy) Royston of
Carrollton, Ga.; sister Frances Stanford of Jonesboro; six grandchildren, Keith
Royston, Jay (Bridgett) Royston, Michael Royston, Katie Royston, Janette Wall
and Savannah Wall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral services

Thomas Edward Shipley III of Jonesboro died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003, at his residence. He graduated from Columbia High School in Decatur, Ga. where he received the first Lipscomb Latin scholarship to King College, Bristol, Va. Beverly POPOVITCH, age 64, of Stockbridge, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003. She retired from Delta Airlines in 1996, and was past president of The North Henry Friendship Club. Mrs. Popovitch was diagnosed with Alzheimer's six years ago and had been a resident of Dogwood Forest Assisted Living in Stockbridge since 2002. She was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Charles Sabo, and daughter, Janet Popovitch. late Harry Russell Snyder Sr. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon
